1. Acceptance of Terms

Third-party game experiences embedded within the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective developers and publishers. PlayCrest makes no claim of ownership over such third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform as described herein.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PLAYCREST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, PLAYCREST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

PlayCrest expressly disclaims any responsibility for decisions or actions taken by users in paid-play environments that may have been influenced, however remotely, by their experience on the Platform.

7. Responsible Entertainment Notice
